GAC Engineering Group Limited have the ability to relocate machine tools either within an existing facility or from one facility to another and indeed from one side of the world to the other.
We have the experience to check the existing alignments and accuracy of the machine in its existing position. Then it is disconnected in a controlled manner, stripped into shippable sized pieces and then we check that the packaging is sufficient to endure the journey and that no damage will occur. This damage can even be as simple as rust problems in countries where humidity is high.
Once at the final destination, we will inspect the package, remove the packaging and then start the installation, ensuring that all the bases and alignments are checked at each stage. Finally the machine is fully commissioned and the alignments and accuracy is rechecked.
